European-based applicants are welcome to apply if open to permanent relocation.OverviewWe are working exclusively with an international Financial Services firm. Seeking an experienced data protection professional to lead and support privacy and data‑handling frameworks across a global financial organisation. The role will guide data governance privacy compliance and third‑party risk management while embedding privacy by design across the full data lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesServe as subject matter expert for GDPR, CCPA, PDPPL and other relevant privacy regulations.Maintain and enhance data protection policies and controls.Monitor compliance and elevate risk where required.Deliver staff training on data handling and privacy obligations.Lead privacy due diligence for vendors and review contractual protections (DPAs SCCs).Requirements8+ years in data protection with Banking or Fund‑Management exposure.Proven delivery of privacy frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.Strong grasp of regulatory reporting and third‑party data governance. xsgfvud Clear communicator able to engage senior stakeholders.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionFinance and Project ManagementIndustriesInvestment Management, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity Principals#J-18808-Ljbffr
