Backed by reputable international investors, we are building a global company and a great place to workIn February 2024, we closed our third investment round worth 15 million euros, led by the renowned international investment fund Creandum, with support from our long-term partners Samaipata, 4Founders Capital, and VentureFriends.What are we looking for?We seek a Financial Content Manager with a strong background in finance journalism and SEO, capable of elevating our international content strategy. This individual will lead our multi-country organic growth initiatives, ensuring content consistency, brand positioning, and performance optimization across all channels.What will you do?Build and lead our international content strategy focused on high-quality financial and economic topics.Design and execute multi-market SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to increase traffic and visibility.Define and maintain our editorial tone of voice across regions, adapting to different audiences while preserving Embat's identity.Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align content with the buyer journey and market needs.Conduct competitor and audience research to identify opportunities and inform strategy.Manage a multicultural content team, setting clear goals and ensuring efficient workflows.Analyze and improve content performance through data-driven decisions.What are we looking for?Background in Journalism, Communications, or similar fields.At least 5 years of experience in financial content creation and SEO strategy, ideally in media, fintech, or SaaS environments.Strong SEO expertise, including on-page SEO, content performance analysis, and international optimization.Technical skills with tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Notion, Hubspot; experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.Soft skills: strategic thinking, strong communication, team leadership, adaptability, and attention to detail.Fluent English is required; Spanish or German proficiency is a plus.What comes with working at Embat?We offer a platform to help you achieve your professional and personal goals:A competitive salary based on experience and role responsibility.Hybrid working setup with flexible scheduling.The latest technology of your choice to do impactful work.Private health insurance with Sanitas.Access to salary on demand, restaurant card, transport card, and kindergarten checks through Payflow.Career progression with twice-yearly performance reviews.The opportunity to work closely with our founders, former investment bankers from J.P.
