This is a rare opportunity to shape the look and feel of a fast-growing product while building a design culture and team that thrives on speed, innovation, and user impact.ResponsibilitiesTeam Building & Leadership:Hire, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary design team (UI, UX, motion, and brand)Foster a collaborative, high-performance design cultureDesign Strategy & Execution:Define and evolve the visual identity of the sweepstakes casino brandLead all UI/UX design efforts across web and mobile platformsUser Experience & Interface Design:Create intuitive, engaging user journeys to drive acquisition, retention, and conversionEnsure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across devicesCollaboration & Delivery:Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering to deliver cohesive, high-impact designSupport fast iterations while maintaining design quality in a start‑up environmentBrand & Marketing:Oversee creative for campaigns, landing pages, and social/digital assetsEnsure consistency across all customer touchpointsTools & Process:Define design systems, processes, and tools to enable scale and efficiencyPerformance & Reporting:Use data and player feedback to inform design decisions and improve outcomesStakeholder Communication:Present design vision and progress to stakeholders and leadershipRequirements5+ years of design experience, including 2+ years in a design leadership roleProven experience in gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or a consumer digital productStrong portfolio demonstrating product design, UX, and branding skillsDeep understanding of design systems, user-centered design, and responsive designExperience hiring, coaching, and scaling design xsgfvud teamsProficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping toolsStrong collaboration skills across product, tech, and marketing teamsComfortable in fast-paced, start‑up environments with shifting prioritiesUnderstanding of the sweepstakes or regulated gaming market is a plusBenefitsCompetitive package with performance-based incentivesStrategic role with direct impact on growth and brand trajectoryBacked by a successful parent company with deep expertise in online gaming and marketingOpportunity to shape acquisition strategy for a new US focused ventureCollaborative, international environment with autonomy and real ownershipMarbella‑based role offering flexible working options#J-18808-Ljbffr
