We\'re now looking for an experienced Lead Backend Engineer to lead our backend efforts — someone ambitious to grow, who codes daily, leads by example, and helps scale both tech and people.What You’ll DoBe 100% hands-on: Build, maintain, and scale backend systems in Python / Django.Design architecture: Own backend architecture decisions, collaborating closely with our infra and security teams.Manage infrastructure: Work comfortably with AWS, especially RDS, ECS, and Kafka / MSK.Lead & mentor: Guide a growing team of backend engineers through mentorship, technical leadership, and hiring.Own your scope: Take full responsibility for projects — from design to deployment — with autonomy and accountability.Our StackLanguages & Frameworks: Python, Django, DRFInfra & Tools: AWS, Docker, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDBArchitecture: Microservices + event-driven systemsQualificationsYou\u2019ve been the go-to backend expert for 8+ years, leading projects, owning architecture, and shipping code in scale-up environmentsProven experience as Lead / Staff / Principal levelDeep expertise in Python and Django — you\u2019ve built and shipped impactful productsComfortable with AWS and containerized infrastructureExperience in team leadership — you\u2019ve mentored others and led by exampleOwnership xsgfvud mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills in EnglishBonus: experience or interest in AI development platforms like CursorBenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth insurance + meal allowanceHybrid working model (2 remote days per week)Autonomy, trust, and a mission that matters — helping people overcome financial stress with transparency and empathyA collaborative and driven team that’s low-ego, high-talent, and focused on impactLet’s build something meaningful together.
