Lea toda la información asociada y asegúrese de presentar su candidatura.Data and Open Science Project Manager at the Fundación Institut de Recerca "la Caixa" ("Caixa Research Institute").OverviewLead the Biomedical Data Hub and related institutional data initiatives, ensuring design, implementation, and piloting of data management pipelines in line with FAIR principles and data governance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the project management of the Biomedical Data Hub and related institutional data initiatives.Support the design, implementation, and piloting of data management pipelines in line with FAIR principles and data governance requirements.Coordinate with research teams, scientific platforms, and administrative staff to align data management practices with institutional strategy.Organize training and provide support for researchers in data management and open science.Liaise with external partners and infrastructures to ensure interoperability and foster strategic collaborations.QualificationsMinimum experience:Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining research data management pipelines and infrastructures, with solid understanding of storage systems and interoperability frameworks.Ability to coordinate institutional programs, manage staff and resources, and engage effectively with interdisciplinary research teams.Education and Field of ExpertisePhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Technical SkillsStrong understanding of research data management pipelines, including data capture, processing, storage, and sharing workflows.Knowledge of metadata standards, ontologies, and interoperability frameworks relevant to biomedical research.Familiarity with APIs and workflow integration, enabling connection between institutional systems and external research infrastructures.Understanding of FAIR data principles, Open Science practices, and compliance with data governance and security requirements.Advanced level of English.
