You will be part of a purpose-driven team focused on developing and amplifying the best of BCG’s thought leadership and expertise for operations leaders across the world.Your role will involve driving and executing the marketing strategy in close collaboration with the marketing leader, offer directors, regional and global marketers. You will have a global responsibility, working closely with the PA leadership, while independently managing and delivering high impact end-to-end programs across the full suite of internal and marketing channels.We are looking for a proactive, high-performing marketer with strong project management capabilities and an eye to the details.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring seamless coordination from planning to implementation, tracking milestones and measuring impact to deliver high quality outcomesContribute to the content editorial strategy, ensuring alignment with business and marketing goalsManage the content (publications, videos, client impact stories) pipeline, collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders on new IP while determining appropriate formats and amplification channelsDevelop multi-channel amplification plans to maximize the reach and impact for our IP and contentResponsible for the PA’s presence on our corporate website, helping to refresh narratives and content, and track performance metrics to advise improvementsLead measurement and reporting of content performance and recommend enhancements where neededCollaborate with various PA marketing teams to drive initiatives and campaignsEngage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and cascade these needs into effective marketing actionsShare cross-PA best practices, pilot new innovative ideas and be a strategic thinkerYou’re Good AtThriving in fast-paced complex environments, proactively navigating ambiguous situations and managing multiple priorities with urgency and focusYou have strong project management skills, the ability to be strategic and yet manage the detailsEngaging senior stakeholders, influencing and aligning with leadershipDriving high-impact marketing strategies, blending creativity with executionCrafting compelling content, from reports to social assets and internal commsCollaborating across global teams, ensuring alignment and consistencyStaying organized amidst a high volume of complex projects and stakeholdersPrioritizing effectively, making smart decisions under pressureDemonstrating exceptional writing and verbal communication skillsLeveraging data-driven insights, optimizing campaigns for maximum impactWhat You’ll Bring6-8 years of relevant experienceMaster’s degree preferredProfessional services industry experience is helpfulAbility to independently resolve unique problemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly professional, proactive and flexible attitudeProven analytical capabilities and out-of-the box thinkingAbility to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in stressful situationsAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Gen AI toolsFamiliarity with Tableau/ Power BI dashboards and email automationBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
