You’ll turn data into strategy, automation into advantage, and experimentation into meaningful business impact - shaping how millions of learners discover Preply worldwide.What you’ll doIndependently manage and optimize SEM campaignsacross Google and Microsoft Ads, including keyword management, bidding, account structure, and creatives.Use performance data to form hypothesesand apply optimizations that improve ROI, conversion quality, and overall efficiency.Design and run basic A/B tests , defining clear hypotheses, success metrics, and expected outcomes.Build and maintain channel-level reports and dashboards(e.g. Looker) to monitor performance and surface optimization opportunities.Work closely with Data and Martech teamsto ensure accurate tracking and effective use of the MarTech stack.Collaborate with Localisation, Creative, and Brand teamsto plan creative strategy and ensure successful rollout across campaigns.Contribute to SEM and broader marketing strategythrough insights, experimentation, and strong execution.Share learnings within the SEM team and Marketing Chapter , contributing to the development and adoption of channel best practices.What we’re looking for4+ years of SEM experience in high-growth B2C environments, ideally with exposure to subscription-based models.Proven ability to scale growth efficiently (LTV/CAC) across diverse products and regions.Deep expertise in Google Ads operations, bidding strategies and automation.Strong analytical and technical fluency with tools like Looker, Snowflake, and attribution systems.Effective stakeholder manager - able to align Data, Martech, Product and Marketing teams around shared goals.Hands-on with experimentation, designing A/B, geo and incrementality tests to drive measurable ROI.Creative problem solver who combines analytical rigor with ownership and initiative.#LI-AM2Our PrinciplesCare to change the world- We are passionate about our work and care deeply about its impact to be life changing.We do it for learners- For both Preply and tutors, learners are why we do what we do.
