Your accountabilities may vary, but your main tasks could include:Lead the development of wind and solar PV assets from early stage to construction handover, by effective planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting.Special focus on workstreams such as design management, land securing, permitting, interconnection and procurement.Act as the representative of BPP to the client for large‑scale renewable energy generation projects, encompassing both wind and solar PV assets.Communicate and report with clearly conveying project goals, expectations, and updates to diverse stakeholders including clients and shareholders.Schedule and manage tasks and resources from different teams within the company and third‑party consultants.Manage the project budget, schedule and planning of generating assets from early phase up to RTB, and risks.Provide technical and commercial input to the procurement strategy for all aspects related to generating assets.Negotiate contracts (DSA; TSA; BOP; EPC; etc), manage expenditures, and avoid cost overruns.Support engagement and contract negotiation related to advisors, equipment suppliers, EPC and O&M contractors for the project ensuring all technical requirements related to all aspects are scoped within the tender materials.Build and develop solid long‑term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Provide profound technical support to the investment manager and project board of directors.Coordinate the handover process of generating assets to the construction management team.Provide leadership and mentoring to the team, manage staff lifecycle matters, working closely with Management and People & Culture personnel.About YouWe expect you to enrich our business with the following competencies and skills:Minimum 15 years of experience in project development and construction in the renewable energy sector.Minimum 5 years of experience in team management and people career development and proven leadership experience with the ability to manage staff lifecycle matters.Knowledge of development methodology and approach for large‑scale renewable project development (workstreams including conceptual design, real estate, environmental, permitting, interconnection and finance).Solid understanding of development requirements with a construction mindset, to reach RTB and efficiently hand over the project to a dedicated construction team.Ability to manage complex projects and interface between commercial and technical aspects.Strong business acumen and commercial understanding/awareness.Agility in utilizing general software and systems, for example, GIS, CAD, SharePoint, etc.Ability to utilize and apply the skill set of other project staff and act as a mentor to development managers involved in the project.Manage team allocation to projects and support on tasks when needed.Willingness to travel, domestically and internationally, and attend meetings as required by project needs.Besides, you contribute with the following personal traits:100% client‑oriented, focused on customers and their needs, always prioritizing honesty and professionalism.Accustomed to having the big picture while keeping an eye for the detail.Agile while working with many tasks and short deadlines.Dynamic and quick approach finding solutions and proactively being capable of identifying issues, addressing unexpected challenges.Open to work with cross‑cultural international teams, both on‑site and remote, with presence in different time zones.
