Tu misión serádefinir, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia tecnológicade la compañía, asegurando que las soluciones técnicaspotencien los objetivos de negocioy habiliten el crecimiento sostenible.Serás el motor de la transformación digital, garantizando laexcelencia operativa, la seguridad y la escalabilidadde nuestra infraestructura tecnológica.Responsabilidades principalesDiseñar y ejecutar laestrategia tecnológica global , alineada con la visión corporativa.Dirigir y supervisar elroadmap tecnológico, así como unaestrategia de productoque cubra las necesidades cambiantes de la compañía.Participar activamente en la definición y reclutamiento del equipo.Liderar equipos deFullstackDevOps, Data y Sistemas, promoviendo la colaboración y la innovación continua.Definir laarquitectura tecnológica , asegurando estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia.Impulsar latransformación digital , explorando nuevas oportunidades tecnológicas que generen valor.Asegurar lagobernanza, protección y uso estratégico de los datosde la organización.Supervisar las estrategias deinfraestructura, redes, dispositivos y ciberseguridad corporativa .EstablecerKPIsde rendimiento, fiabilidad y seguridad para una mejora continua.Colaborar con la alta dirección en ladefinición de la estrategia empresarialy en la identificación de oportunidades tecnológicas que impulsen el crecimiento y la competitividad.RequisitosTitulación universitaria enIngeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar .Formación complementaria engestión empresarial, liderazgo tecnológico o ciberseguridad(valorable).Certificacionesen Azure, ITIL y SCRUM.Experiencia mínima de4 años en cargos de liderazgo tecnológico(CTO, Director de Tecnología, Head of Engineering o similar).Competencias claveVisión estratégica y capacidad de anticipación.Liderazgo y desarrollo deequipos multidisciplinares .Enfoqueanalítico, resolutivo y orientado a resultados .Proactividad, innovación y orientación a lacalidad y seguridad .Excelentes habilidades decomunicación, negociación e influencia .Conocimientos técnicos valoradosArquitectura de sistemas informáticosyDevOps avanzado .Estrategia y gobierno de datos ( Data Strategy ).Experiencia enCybersecurityy gestión del cambio.Entornos Cloud (Azure)y arquitecturas distribuidas.Herramientas de CI/CD .Ecosistema deData Engineering y Analytics(Airflow, DBT, Power BI, etc.).Sistemas de ciberseguridad, SIEM, MDM y Networking .Lo que ofrecemosImpacto real:liderarás la estrategia tecnológica que transformará el futuro de la organización.Liderazgo y autonomía:formarás y guiarás a un equipo técnico de alto rendimiento.Innovación constante:tendrás libertad para proponer, diseñar y ejecutar nuevas soluciones.Entorno directivo y colaborativo , trabajando junto a la alta dirección.Proyección profesionalen una empresa en crecimiento, con foco en la excelencia y la digitalización. xsgfvud Paquete retributivo competitivo , acorde a la experiencia y responsabilidad del rol (incluye salario fijo, bonus anual y beneficios flexibles).#J-18808-Ljbffr
