About UsINFINNI is building the infrastructure that powers the creator economy.La siguiente información tiene como objetivo proporcionar a los posibles candidatos una mejor comprensión de los requisitos para este puesto.We’re a technology company reimagining how creators work by designing powerful, modern tools that make it simple to manage, distribute, and scale their work.The creator economy is on track to exceed $480B by 2027, yet the software powering it is fragmented and outdated.We’re here to change that.Our ecosystem of products—trusted by the biggest names in the industry—streamlines content management, distribution, and monetization.We’re a global team of 150+ engineers, designers, marketers, and operators with experience at Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, N26, TIER, and WeWork.United by a shared mission: to empower creators to grow across platforms and markets by centralizing their content, sales, and operations into a single connected ecosystem.The RoleWe’re looking for a Technical Privacy Specialist (Privacy Engineer) to help us build and scale privacy-by-design across our products and infrastructure.This is not a traditional legal role, and not a pure engineering position.This role sits at the intersection of Privacy, Product, and Engineering, acting as the bridge between our Legal/DPO function and technical teams.*please note this role is open to candidates based or willing to relocate to the Canary IslandsResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain our Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) by mapping how data flows through systems, services, APIs, and databases.Partner closely with the DPO and Legal team to translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.Work with Product and Engineering to embed Privacy by Design into new features and system architectures early in the development lifecycle.Support and improve processes for Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), including access, erasure, and rectification.Contribute to defining and documenting privacy controls such as anonymization, pseudonymization, encryption, and data retention policies.Create and maintain structured documentation and internal guidance (our internal “Privacy Library”) to support consistent implementation across teams.Participate in pragmatic risk assessments (e.g., lightweight DPIAs) to enable fast, compliant product launches without unnecessary blockers.Hard Skills (Must-Haves & Nice-to-Haves)To succeed in building privacy infrastructure from scratch and maintaining a robust RoPA, the candidate should have:Must-HavesData Mapping & RoPA ExperienceProven track record creating or maintaining a Record of Processing Activities (RoPA).Able to “follow the data” through complex systems, databases, APIs, and microservices.Skilled at interviewing stakeholders, identifying data flows, classifying data sensitivity, and documenting processing activities in a structured, usable format.Technical LiteracyAbility to read and interpret system architecture diagrams and technical documentation.Basic proficiency in SQL and understanding of APIs to effectively communicate with engineers.Comfortable discussing data models, storage, and integration points with development teams.Nice-to-HavesPrivacy-Enhancing Technologies & ControlsKnowledge of anonymization, pseudonymization, encryption, and data retention policies.Understanding of practical methods to minimize risk while maintaining usability for the business.DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) ManagementExperience automating or improving DSAR workflows (e.g., Right of Access, Right to Erasure).Ability to implement SOPs or scripts to reduce manual work and improve response times.Privacy Tooling & Workflow AutomationFamiliarity with privacy management platforms (e.g., OneTrust, BigID, ).Experience designing internal privacy workflows, using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other project management software to operationalize privacy processes.What’s in it for youCompetitive Salary: Attractive compensation package commensurate with experience and skills.Bonus Beckham Law tax rate if you are moving to Spain for the first time.Remote Work and Yearly Company Offsite: We offer flexible working hours and location options.Professional Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and personal development in a fast-growing company. xsgfvud Inclusive Culture: Be part of a diverse and collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence.Collaborative and Supportive Team: Working with team members that understands the importance of the work you’ll be doing
