This role will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of our marketing automation stack and serve as the go‑to Eloqua expert.You’ll build end‑to‑end solutions to drive email revenue goals by understanding marketing requirements and utilizing our MarTech stack to set up campaigns and email journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild complex email campaign automations, including data integration, processing, email/component creation, and campaign creation.Support the maintenance of key automations in Eloqua such as Lead Scoring, Unsubscribe Flows, Webhooks, and more.Enforce platform governance and health.Monitor and improve email deliverability.Deliver comprehensive, solution‑oriented work.What you’ll bring4+ years of relevant experience in marketing automation and email marketing.Strong competence with MarTech platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, etc.), CRMs (SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc.), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI, Fullstory, etc.).Solid understanding of email programming (HTML, CSS).Experience with email tracking and attribution.Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.Strong communication skills and a fact‑based, insight‑rich storytelling ability.Must haveExperience with Eloqua.Experience with lead acquisition, funnels, and integrations.Experience with end‑to‑end analytics and attribution.HTML/CSS experience.Nice to haveSQL experience.Understanding of databases, data warehousing, etc.Wide exposure to various MarTech tools.Don’t meet every single requirement?We encourage you to apply anyway.
