Desplácese hacia abajo y haga clic en "Solicitar" para ser considerado para esta posición.What's the Challenge?As a Senior AIT Engineer, you'll report to the Head of the AIT Competence Centre and collaborate across teams to drive our projects forward. You'll play a crucial role in the overall AIT planning, execution, and reporting for space systems and satellite platforms, from initial concept definition to on-orbit operations.Your contributions will include:Lead and support AIT activities for current and future space systems and satellite platforms.Develop AIT plans, procedures, and reports.Verify requirements and support on-orbit operations.Conduct analyses and simulations to ensure mission success.Collaborate with the Project Office (PMO) and other company areas for effective AIT planning.What do we need?The candidate must be an experienced AIT engineer, capable of assuming responsibilities as technical leader within the project or proposals assigned. The candidate should have some, but not all, of the skills below:Experience in functional, EMC, TVAC and mechanical testing. (at least two)Knowledge of the systems and subsystems encompassing a spacecraft.Able to perform well structured analysis, troubleshooting and recovery actions for space HW malfunctions.Knowledge of GSE specification, design, and implementation.Hands on approach on cross-functional technical issues.Knowledge of New Space approach and techniques.Knowledge of low-level integration and testing techniques.Experience in space HW handling and clean room activities.Experience in writing relevant technical and project implementation documentation.Experience in LEOP and commissioning flight operations.Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.Additional valued skills include:Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.Technical writing, knowledge of ECCS or other space related standards.Educational background:Preferred Aerospace Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Electronics Engineer.Professional experience:More than 5 years in aerospace industry.Language skills:English (B2 level as minimum)Personal attributes:Innovative and proactive mindset.Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for space technology and continuous learning.What do we offer?Innovative and leading-edge technological projects: Be part of pioneering and advanced technological initiatives.Flexible remote working model: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely.Flexible hours: Flexible start and finish times, with intensive working hours on Fridays.Career growth: Personalized career development and training plans.Flexible compensation plan: Benefit from private medical insurance, restaurant card, transport card, and more.Wellbeing program: Individual training budget at your free disposal, team-building activities and more.If you're ready to take your career to new heights and be part of the future of space exploration, apply now and join our journey at Indra Group xsgfvud Ref.: HRRECRUIT-1026
