Many of our brands have been in consumers’ kitchens for over a century, deeply rooted in local culture.Currently, with a turnover of around1.4 billion eurosand a team of about3,600 people , we are the preferred choice for millions of consumers.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals across European production plants.Oversee manufacturing and production activities to meet corporate objectives.Implement best practices, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence.Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and ensure accountability.Lead change management to facilitate the implementation of new processes.Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality departments for cohesive operations.Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and quality systems such as ISO.Utilize technological advancements and data analytics to improve operations.Identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality or efficiency.RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Food Industry, or similar) is required.Proven experience in senior manufacturing management within an international multisite environment.Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.At least 3 years of experience in operational excellence or related roles.Expertise in regulatory compliance and quality management systems.Ability to leverage manufacturing processes and technologies for operational efficiency.Experience monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics for data-driven decisions.What do we expect from you?Our values—Authenticity, Proximity, Ownership, and Joy—are central to creating true GBhoodWhat can you expect from us?This role offers the chance to join a large, multicultural, and modern environment.
