Lea toda la información asociada y asegúrese de presentar su candidatura.The Threat Intelligence Service Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the threat intelligence service, defining the strategy, coordinating threat analysis activities, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and providing expert guidance to support cybersecurity decision‑making.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main escalation point and trusted advisor for the customers regarding Threat Intelligence cybersecurity services.Respond to customer's requests on Threat Intelligence cybersecurity projects and services.Prepare and present regular service reports to customer stakeholders.Lead the Threat Intelligence L1 team.Define and oversee service‑level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting cycles at customer's level.Effectively manage the service delivery, budget and costs, resources, and relationships with customers.Collaborate with the presales team to understand customer business challenges and technical requirements and design and propose threat intelligence solutions that fit their needs.Support the sales team in tenders, defenses demos and POCs.Lead and train cross‑functional teams on Threat Intelligence offers, processes and policies.Serve has a backup of the CTI Iberian manager.Required SkillsStrong interpersonal communication and management skills.Proactivity, autonomy, and commitment to continuous improvement.5+ years in threat intelligence (preferable) or other cybersecurity roles.Strong experience of in Threat Intelligence manners.Hands‑on experience with Threat Intelligence tools.Proficiency in OSINT, dark web monitoring, and vulnerability analysis.In‑depth knowledge of threat actors, TTPs, MITRE ATT&CK framework.Broad knowledge of cybersecurity in general, their concepts and frameworks.Cybersecurity Certifications as GCTI, CTIA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, GCIH or CISA will be valued.Native Spanish speaker.Must possess professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).Pay range and compensation packageWe support a phenomenal lifestyle and work‑life‑balance with our flexible hours and flexible remote work policy.Uplifting and creative work environmentCool offices in Portugal and SpainMaximized net salary, decide which Flexible Remuneration packageExpand your Certifications, with our Annual Training Plan (based on technical Certifications, Languages, training in Soft Skills. . )Clear and transparent objectives, we have an Annual Bonus Policy, based on KPIs.Equal Opportunity StatementIf you are a person passionate about Cybersecurity, we are your Company. xsgfvud Come Join our TeamEmpresa: Thales Cybersecurity Services – Spain/PortugalMadrid | Thales Cybersecurity Services – Spain/Portugal#J-18808-Ljbffr
