Descúbralo leyendo el resumen del puesto a continuación.Mission DescriptionManage day-to-day security incidents:Perform root cause analysis and investigations to determine scope, impact, and threat vectorsRespond to, contain, and remediate incidents while minimizing operational and service impactUtilize advanced security tools and techniques to analyze, investigate, and mitigate threatsCollaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive security controls where applicableDocument incident resolution including actions taken and lessons learned in accordance with SOC proceduresProvide recommendations for improving incident response playbooksProactively work on fine-tuning alerts to reduce the number of false positivesRequired Technical SkillsSecurity Incident Handling: Understanding of the incident response lifecycle, including detection, containment, eradication, and recoveryNetwork & System Security: Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security tools, system administration (Windows & Linux) including Active Directory and Cloud (Azure & AWS)Security Tools & Technologies: Experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, ticketing systems, EDR/antivirus, and malware analysis toolsForensics & Log Analysis: Ability to analyze logs, identify anomalies, and gather evidenceVulnerability Awareness: Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVEs) and mitigation strategiesThreat Intelligence: Understanding of current threats and attack vectors relevant to your jurisdictionOptional Technical SkillsExperience with KQLOther Skills and AbilitiesCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholdersAnalytical & Logical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze security data and derive actionable insightsAttention to Detail: Precise documentation and thorough follow-up on incidentsLearning Agility: Willingness to stay updated on evolving security threats and technologiesEnglish: All work is performed in EnglishInterpersonal SkillsCustomer Service Orientation: Ability to work collaboratively with local teams, demonstrating patience and professionalismTeamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a global security team, sharing knowledge and best practicesBackground and ExperiencePreferred Experience: Experience working in SOC team in a regulated environment (Banking, Insurance, etc.) for a large groupSOC / Incident Analyst backgroundTechnical EnvironmentWindows + Linux, Cloud (AWS & Azure)Requested DeliverablesIncident investigations realized and documented in the tools, according to the process and within SLAsWhy join InnoIT?
