Our ambition is to generate significant impact across the entire Patient Journey through the integration of technology.Reporting to the Head of Digital Innovation and Customer Experience, the Digital Health Expert will be responsible for driving and accelerating the implementation of Roche Pharma Spain's digital health strategy, contributing to the creation of a robust ecosystem, structured experimentation, and the successful launch of impactful digital health solutions. This role is key to our ability to combine medicines with technology, a differentiating factor in increasingly complex and competitive therapeutic areas.Your Key ResponsibilitiesEcosystem Building and Management:Develop and execute a strong digital health narrative to engage with the environmentEstablish trusted relationships with key stakeholders in innovation and digital health through activities like roundtable discussions, conference attendance, and institutional visitsBuild and maintain a stakeholder map to position Roche within the digital health ecosystem and define an access model that enables new collaborationsInnovation and Structured Experimentation:Develop and apply a working methodology, integrated into existing processes, that enables a multidisciplinary team to cohesively assess and prioritize any digital health initiativeContribute to the development of a data-driven governance model to define decision-making criteria for project selection, resource allocation, and collaboration structuringLead the validation of business hypotheses through pilots, learning rapidly, and selecting critical business solutionsLaunch and Acceleration of Digital Solutions:Drive the integration of technology as a core and distinctive component to enable faster access to our molecules and ensure optimal and sustainable use of treatments over timeWork on expanding the value proposition of our molecules through the development of digital health capabilitiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams for internal understanding of digital products and jointly consolidate learningsWho You AreBachelor’s Degree, in health sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, etc.), Engineering, or related field will be preferredAdditional training or demonstrable experience in strategic or management consulting5+ years of professional experience, with relevant focus on the digital health sector, innovation, or management of technological projects in healthcareDemonstrated field and/or client experience with a proven track record of building valuable relationshipsHighly adaptable and flexible in navigating evolving priorities and complex stakeholder landscapesIn-depth knowledge of innovation processes and experimentation methodologies (e.g., MVP - Minimum Viable Product, MMP - Minimum Marketable Product)Strategic thinking and ability to integrate digital health within a broader business strategyExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsResults-oriented and ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environmentBoth fluent Spanish and English languages are essentialLocation in MadridWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
