The organization is committed to driving the energy transition by enabling accessible and sustainable financing options for prosumers.To support our growth, we are looking for aLoan Portfolio Senior Managerto take ownership of the performance, monitoring and optimisation of our solar loan portfolio.Key ResponsabilitiesEnd-to-end management of theloan portfolio(performance, vintage analysis, delinquency, prepayments).Definition and monitoring ofrisk and profitability KPIs , including early-warning indicators.Coordination withservicers, collections partners and origination partners .Preparation of regular reporting forfunding partners, warehouse lenders and investors .Support inwarehouse facilities, forward flow transactions and ABS structures .Continuous improvement of portfolio processes, models and reporting frameworks.Lead a team of 5 to optimize reporting and overall portfolio performanceCandidate Profile6+ years of experience inloan portfolio management, credit risk or structured finance .Background infintech, consumer lending, ABS, project finance or banking .Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel / financial models; SQL or Python is a plus).Structured mindset, data-driven and strong sense of ownership.Fluentin Spanish and EnglishLeadership capabilitiesWhy Green Home FinanceFast-growing platform withreal impact on the energy transition .Direct exposure toadvanced financing and capital markets structures .Senior, entrepreneurial and international team.Competitive compensation package aligned with experience.Interested? xsgfvud Apply via LinkedIn or contact us directly.
