Help brokers and account executives engage clients and support them in meeting their goals through analytically empowered client experiences. The role will be based in EMEA with hybrid workstyle options.About This RoleUnder the guidance of the Head of Risk Analytics, Commercial Risk EMEA, you will collaborate with commercial risk placement teams, EMEA Account Executive teams, and various partners to embed advanced analytics into our broking product. You will work closely with Senior Directors in the Central team and sub‑regional analytics leaders, enhance risk analytics capabilities across EMEA, and support the Risk Analytics Product teams in communicating our value proposition. You will deliver training on analytic tools, participate in projects that shape our strategy, and support marketing activities, campaign launches, events, and client-facing symposia.ResponsibilitiesReport to the Head of Risk Analytics, Commercial Risk EMEA and collaborate with commercial risk placement and EMEA Account Executive teams.Transform client support by embedding advanced analytics into the broking product.Collaborate with Senior Directors and sub‑regional analytics leaders to enhance risk analytics capabilities across EMEA.Work with Risk Analytics Product teams to understand and communicate our differentiation and distinct value proposition.Identify new training opportunities for analytic tools and deliver engaging, relevant, and effective training.Participate in projects that shape Risk Analytics strategy and influence the Commercial Risk proposition, including technical instruction, message training, client engagement, oral presentations, and written RFP responses.Support marketing activities and campaigns, major events, and colleague and client‑facing symposia to promote Aon’s reputation for excellence in analytics.Qualifications & SkillsTechnical background, preferably a master’s degree in business, science, or a comparable field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the re/insurance industry, ideally in broking or risk analytics.Conversant with insurance and risk topics, including an understanding of insurance fundamentals, risk quantification, and risk finance decision‑making.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; native or highly professional English; additional European languages a plus.Strong interpersonal communication and public‑speaking skills, able to engage optimally with stakeholders at various levels of knowledge.Excellent project management, organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work flexibly across different time zones.Excellent sales and marketing skills and a pronounced can‑do attitude for everyday challenges.Motivated to contribute to the strategic direction of driving sophisticated analytical capabilities in Europe and to execute in parallel.Self‑starter, able to manage a high workload, and comfortable operating at the intersection of learning and teaching.Benefits & SupportAon offers a comprehensive benefits package, an inclusive workforce, and agile work‑style solutions that support wellbeing and work/life balance, including two “Global Wellbeing Days” each year.
