We are looking for a passionate and experiencedTechnical Product Owner – Core Security Productsto lead the technical definition, development, and evolution of our core hardware devices. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the architecture and roadmap of Verisure’s next-generation security solutions, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience. You will act as the technical reference for cross-functional teams and guide the full product lifecycle — from concept to market launch. Responsibilities Taketechnical ownershipof the Core Security Products portfolio. Definetechnical specificationsand product roadmaps, translating functional and non-functional requirements into detailed documentation. Coordinate cross-disciplinary development teams(electronics, firmware, mechanical), guiding them through design and problem resolution. Supportcross-functional teams(QA, IT, Operations, Certification) during integration, validation, and regulatory phases. Manage thetechnical implications of strategic initiatives , ensuring alignment between business goals and engineering execution. Leadtechnical workshopsto define and document new product architectures. Ensure that designs meetquality, cost, and time-to-marketobjectives. Supportregulatory certificationand compliance activities (CE, ETSI, FCC, etc.). Drive continuous improvement, technical innovation, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) best practices. Location Madrid, Spain Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inTelecommunications, Electronics Engineering , or related field (MSc preferred). Minimum of5 years’ experiencein embedded product design and development. Proven experience infull-cycle product development— from concept to market adoption. Ability to translatebusiness requirementsinto detailed technical specifications. Demonstrated capability tolead and coordinate technical teams . Strongproduct strategy visionwith the ability to align technical and business objectives. Familiarity withDesign for Manufacturing (DFM)and design optimization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Fluent inEnglish and Spanish(minimum C1 level). Problem-solving mindset , proactive, dynamic, and adaptable to complex situations. High energy, positive attitude, and genuinepassion for technologyand innovation. Experience working inmultinational and multicultural environments , with proven ability to build collaborative relationships. Strategic thinkerwith strong analytical and technical judgment. Detail-oriented , capable of anticipating challenges and identifying optimization opportunities. Collaborative leaderwho promotes teamwork and cross-functional alignment.
