PLEASE NOTE:This role is on-site in Marbella.Only candidates currently based in Marbella or with proven professional experience in the Marbella real estate market will be considered.Requirements (Mandatory):Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager within real estateDocumented experience working in the Marbella property marketStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a sales teamSolid understanding of high-end residential sales, client acquisition, and deal closingFluent in English (Spanish is a strong advantage)Role & Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team on a daily basisDrive sales performance, structure processes, and improve conversion ratesDevelop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth goalsActively participate in high-value negotiations and key client relationshipsWork closely with management to expand the brand and market presence in MarbellaWhat We Offer:A key leadership role in a growing, ambitious brokerageCompetitive compensation package (based on experience)Long-term opportunity to grow with the companyA professional, on-site working environment xsgfvud in MarbellaCompensation:Multiple commission structures available depending on role and experience 2 different optionBase salary + commission options available for managersHigh comission - no salary options( Details discussed during interview) Applications without the required experience or without Marbella market background will not be considered.
