The Senior Economy Designer will be responsible for the game’s economy. This includes ongoing balancing and optimizations, economy design for new events and features, collaborating with seasoned game leads, product managers, and design teams to create engaging experiences for our players.What You’ll DoModel and balance complex systems in the game, to maintain a healthy and growing game economyMonitor, tune and optimize game features and IAP purchases to drive player engagement and growth in important KPIsPerform ongoing data analysis, A/B testing, and advanced control models to predict outcomes of changesManage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, balance between free content versus paidHave a deep understanding of players’ behavior, and how different groups of customers behave differently, to inform the design and balance of the economyWork closely with Product Managers, Game Design and Live Operations teams to design the desired game experiencesWhat You Bring+5 years of experience working in a similar role.
