We are now looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Marbella store, someone who combines a strong commercial mindset with a deep appreciation for design, people, and operational excellence.Your RoleAs Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Marbella store. You will lead by example, create an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the store reflects Zoco Home’s brand values.ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and develop the store teamDrive sales performance and achieve targetsDeliver outstanding customer serviceOversee visual merchandising to ensure brand consistencyManage inventory, stock levels, and operational routinesHandle scheduling, training, and daily store administrationWho are we looking forProven experience as a Store Manager (in lifestyle, interior, fashion, or premium retail)Strong leadership and communication skillsSales-driven xsgfvud mindset with a passion for customer experienceEye for design and visual merchandisingFluent inSpanish and English(additional languages are a plus)Organized, proactive, and hands-on approachWhy to join Zoco HomeOpportunity to work with a growing brandA creative and inspiring work environmentCompetitive salary based on experienceLocation:Puerto Banus, Marbella
