B2B Sales Representative

We are a fast-growing international startup expanding across multiple markets and looking for a mid-level B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Valencia.
This is an office-based role with regular international travel , working closely with clients, distributors, and partners across Europe and beyond. The role offers strong upside potential as the company scales.
What you’ll do
- Develop and manage international B2B client relationships
- Prospect, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
- Grow and retain existing accounts
- Represent the company at international trade shows and client meetings
- Work closely with internal teams to execute deals and follow through
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and forecasts
What we’re looking for
- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English required
- At least one additional language required (any additional languages are a big plus)
- Comfortable with regular international travel
- Proactive, organised, and commercially driven
- Valencia-based and available for full-time in-office work
Compensation
All-in monthly compensation: €3,000–€4,000 gross , depending on experience and performance
(Includes base salary + performance-based bonus)
