Buscamos un/a Project Manager con experiencia en la gestión de proyectos del sector energético para liderar una obra ubicada en Madrid. La persona seleccionada será responsable de coordinar los equipos de trabajo, supervisar la correcta ejecución técnica del proyecto y asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos, costes y calidad establecidos.

El proyecto está relacionado con infraestructuras renovables, por lo que valoraremos especialmente la experiencia en plantas solares fotovoltaicas (PSFV), subestaciones eléctricas (SE) o líneas de transmisión.

- Formación en Ingeniería (preferiblemente Ingeniería Eléctrica).
- Experiencia demostrable como Project Manager en obras del sector energético.
- Experiencia previa en al menos uno de los siguientes ámbitos:

- Plantas solares fotovoltaicas (PSFV)
- Subestaciones eléctricas (SE)
- Líneas de alta/media tensión

- Capacidad de liderazgo y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
- Conocimientos en normativa técnica y seguridad en obra.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en campo.

Se valorará:

- Nivel alto de inglés.
- Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Experiencia previa con contratistas EPC o IPP.
- Capacidad para gestionar interlocución con cliente final.

- Incorporación a un proyecto técnico y retador, con visibilidad en el sector energético.
- Posibilidad de desarrollo profesional en una empresa con presencia internacional.
- Remuneración competitiva acorde a la experiencia.
- Buen ambiente de trabajo y apoyo por parte del equipo técnico y de gestión.
