Join Europe's leading HR and payroll service provider We have a golden opportunity for you to become one of SD Worx's payroll stars, helping employers from Sweden and other European countries with their Nordic payroll needs. As we grow our Nordic organization in Spain, we're seeking candidates who thrive on change and see opportunities where others might see challenges.

What do you have to offer?

You have 2-3years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Nordic payroll processes

• You're proficient with payroll systems and have excellent Excel skills.

• Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus.

• You possess strong customer service skills across various communication channels.

• You're fluent in Swedish and English (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus) • You're curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn.

• You're a solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.

• You're adaptable and excited by the prospect of building something new.

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and understand the challenges faced by growing businesses.

• You contribute to team spirit with a healthy dose of humour and resilience.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Master the entire Nordic payroll process from start to finish.

• Actively influence and improve both our own and our customers' daily operations.

• Help shape tomorrow's payroll services using cutting-edge technology.

• Participate in onboarding new customers and contributing to our service growth.
