About the Role

As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all IT-related activities within specific customer projects, working closely with the General Project Manager. Your mission is to ensure the successful delivery of IT systems and infrastructure, meeting all project commitments in terms of schedule, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and control the IT scope of assigned projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.

Prepare functional specifications for intra logistics IT systems and attend meetings with customers and vendors.

Define and dimension hardware, software, and network infrastructures for project delivery.

Establish project plans, including team structure and calendar for IT-related tasks.

Act as the main interface between the customer, internal IT teams, and external suppliers.

Guarantee customer satisfaction through proactive communication and quality delivery.

Ensure project handover is completed on time, within budget, and with all required documentation.

Monitor project progress, track costs and timelines, and report deviations to the General Project Manager.

Prepare RFQs and coordinate IT-related purchases for materials and services.

Support the testing phases (FAT, SAT) and oversee the preparation and execution of test plans.

Supervise IT providers, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance with project standards.

Support onsite coordination of internal and external IT partners.

Manage administrative tasks such as time reporting and travel expenses.

Contribute to departmental activities including:

Development of technical and procedural guidelines.

Definition and implementation of quality control processes.

Functional reporting

Project reporting: General Project Manager (for all customer-specific projects).

Qualifications & Experience

Languages: English + Spanish and/or French (required).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in software project management within logistics, production, or process automation.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.

Technical Skills

Operating Systems: Windows / Windows Server / Linux.

Office Tools: Microsoft Office, Project, Visio.

Programming Tools: Visual Studio (2010–2015), Team Foundation Server.

Programming Languages: C# and/or Java.

Frameworks & Technologies: Entity Framework, WPF, WCF, Workflows, Unity, Kubernetes.

Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server.

Methodologies: Agile / Scrum.

Preferred

Valid driving license.
