Senior Real Estate Sales Lead

A top-performing sales leader is required to oversee the entire sales process, from initial client contact to successful deal closure. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Jávea's real estate market and be able to effectively manage a team of agents to achieve business goals and targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Jávea's real estate market trends and developments
- Coordinate with international agents to ensure high product knowledge levels
- Set performance goals and track results for the team, including activity and efficiency metrics
- Mentor, train, and coach agents to develop at individual and team levels
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in the real estate sector, preferably with specific knowledge of Jávea's key areas and surroundings
- Previous experience managing a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills
- In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
