Profile and Desired Qualifications
We are looking for multifaceted professionals capable of managing the entire commercial cycle, from acquisition to closure and signings. Ideal candidates should:
1. Have at least 3 years of proven experience in property acquisition.
2. Possess a quick learning ability and a passion for the real estate sector.
3. Exhibit a trustworthy and approachable personality with exceptional customer service skills and work ethic.
4. Conduct thorough and accurate property valuations using market analysis, on-site visits, and advanced technology.
5. Demonstrate high-level sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
6. Stay updated on real estate market trends, legislation, and zoning regulations.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships within the sector, creating networks of potential buyers to accelerate sales.
8. Be proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.
