What will your role be?

- Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate on initiatives to foster a positive work culture by organizing events, managing internal communications, and collecting feedback to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Learning & Development: Participate in the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and development programs, helping to manage schedules, materials, and participant follow-up.
- HR Project Management: Contribute to ongoing HR projects, such as talent development programs, diversity initiatives, and employee wellness campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain employee records and assist in preparing HR-related reports, using data to track key metrics like turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness.

What are we looking for?

- A university degree with professional experience.
- Creative, proactive people, willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
- Sensitivity for the fashion and retail sector.
- Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
- High level of English. Other languages are a plus.
- Immediate incorporation
