Contract Type: B2B Duration: 12-month initial contract + extension
Language: English
Overview: The Spanish division of a leading organisation is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with a strong focus on the Sales module to support a long-term transformation programme. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates based anywhere in Europe, provided they can align with Portuguese working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM, with emphasis on the Sales module
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Build and maintain integrations using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM development
- Proven expertise in the Sales module (custom entities, workflows, plugins, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps pipelines is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Must be based in Europe and able to work Portuguese business hours
