En esta ocasión nos enfocamos a profesionales con experiencia consolidada con el CRM Microsoft D365 Módulo: Field Service , capaces de impulsar proyectos estratégicos donde la automatización, la inteligencia artificial y la integración de datos en tiempo real son en sí pura innovación.

La implantación del módulo contempla:

1) La gestión servicios en campo mediante automatización de flujos, programación inteligente y movilidad.

2) Integración de herramientas como IoT para mantenimiento predictivo.

3) Uso de AI para optimización de recursos.

4) Emplear una APP móvil para técnicos que soporte trabajos offline y

5) Además de configurar la gestión de órdenes de trabajo, inventario en tiempo real y portales de autoservicio, reduciendo costes operativos y mejorando la experiencia de nuestros clientes en fuera y dentro de España.

El entorno de trabajo se caracteriza por la integración total de plataformas Microsoft (ERP, CRM, Power Platform, Azure) más otros fabricantes IT y la colaboración internacional de nuestros Consultores Tecno-Funcionales localizados en varios países.

Responsabilidades clave:

- Conducir la implantación end-to-end del CRM D365 Field Service .
- Diseñar y parametrizar dentro del CRM, soluciones a medida.
- Personalizar funcionalidades y desplegar aplicaciones móviles para Técnicos de Campo.
- Gestionar migración e integración de datos.
- Coordinar pruebas QA, diseñar/organizar y/o impartir formación.
- Promover la mejora continua mediante nuevas automatizaciones.
