We are currently recruiting for our Client for the position of:

Tech Business Analyst – Credit Risk (BA/PO Risk)

Location: Spain · Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (depending on the project)

Contract: Permanent or Contractor

Languages: Spanish (native/C1), English (B2+)

Role Overview

Act as the link between business and technology, defining, refining, and delivering solutions across risk and core banking platforms. Ensure clear requirements, proper design, and high-quality implementation in an agile, international setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and refine requirements with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria (DoR/DoD).
- Partner with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture across the SDLC.
- Validate features, support releases, and assist with UAT.
- Analyze logs, run basic SQL , review data models, and assess defects.
- Ensure scalable, coherent solution design aligned with architecture standards.

Must-Have Requirements

- Degree in CS/IS/Telecom or related field.
- 4+ years tech-functional experience in banking.
- Knowledge of:
- Credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian)
- Decision engines (Modellica, Provenir, Experian)
- AML/KYC, Collections
- Experience in digital transformation (front/back-end).
- Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Confluence, CI/CD and DevOps exposure.

Nice to Have

- Data governance/quality, BPMN, REST APIs, Postman/Fiddler, observability.
- Agile certifications (PSM/PSPO/SAFe).
