**Position Overview**Autodesk is transforming the construction industry with cloud solutions that enable customers to work smarter and prepare for the future. As a Territory Adoption Specialist within the Emerging Business organization, you will help a high volume of small to mid-size customers adopt Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) while supporting the rollout of new products and workflows such as Water activations.This role focuses on structured, high-volume engagement supported by data insights, targeted outreach, and repeatable adoption motions. You will guide customers through early adoption, monitor engagement, and intervene when usage is low. You will provide actionable guidance, share best practices based on intended workflows, and ensure customers achieve meaningful value from their Autodesk investment.You will report to the Territory Adoption Manager and collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to support retention, expansion and customer outcomes.**Responsibilities** Support customers during onboarding, product changes, and new feature adoption with accurate and up-to-date product knowledgeWork with internal teams and channel partners to deliver cohesive guidance and ensure aligned execution on customer objectives* Contribute to the continuous refinement of scalable engagement motions and adoption playbooks* Native-level Italian proficiency with fluent English; Spanish is a plus* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience* AEC software knowledge and/or relevant AEC industry experience* Two to four years in Adoption, Renewals, Inside Sales, Technical Support or similar customer-facing roles* Passion for technology with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools quickly* Experience managing a high-volume account portfolio within structured processes* Ability to handle escalated customer situations and communicate effectively across different organizational levels* Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills**Preferred Qualifications*** Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields* Experience supporting SaaS adoption or digital onboarding programs* Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar technologies**Ideal Candidate**The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and motivated by helping customers succeed with technology. You enjoy learning new capabilities as products evolve and can translate that knowledge into clear, actionable guidance. You are comfortable engaging with many customers across a variety of scenarios and can build relationships rooted in trust.
