Amazon EU seeks a Tax Analyst to support its European business operations. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a high level of collegiality, functioning as a tax adviser.

Primary Duties

- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the group to provide ongoing tax support to various Amazon businesses and to Tax Country Owners.

- Analyze application of tax legislations on business operations and communicate to both tax and non-tax stakeholders.

- Design, implement and maintain tax processes to ensure ongoing management of tax risks.

- Monitoring development in the Tax legislation in different jurisdictions.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the group to provide ongoing tax support to various Amazon businesses and to different Tax Country Managers.

- Effectively business partner to ensure business activities are consistent with the group´s European legal and operational structure.

- Analyze application of tax legislations on business operations and communicate to both tax and non-tax stakeholders.

- Design, implement and maintain tax processes to ensure ongoing management of tax risks.

- Monitoring development in the Tax legislation in different jurisdictions.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level

- A minimum of 7 years of international income tax experience with a public accounting firm, major law firm, and/or in a multinational corporation

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience of working with European tax laws

- AI tools knowledge
