🎯 The Role:

Birdman is looking for a Senior Creative to join our Creative Team. This role will act as the right hand of the Creative Lead, turning strategic concepts into powerful integrated campaigns and audiovisual productions.

🧩 Responsibilities:

- Concept and develop integrated campaign platforms & key visuals..

- Lead and supervise photoshoots and video productions.

- Create and review master graphics and campaign visuals.

- Ensure brand consistency across product launches and packaging.

- Supervise vendors, production teams and deliverables quality.

- Stay updated on audiovisual and storytelling trends.

- Work alongside the Creative Lead in the development of creative concepts and campaign platforms.

- Design and execute storyboards, moodboards, and visual narratives.

💼 Professional Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Comunication, Digital Design, Audiovisual Production or a related field.

Experience:

+5 years in advertising agencies, marketing teams, or audiovisual production companies.

Ability to lead video/photo shoots and productions working with photographers to conceptualize and execute campaigns.

Solid experience in art direction and audiovisual production.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Strong visual storytelling skills applied to campaigns.

Experience creating key visuals and master campaign assets.
