We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will support and own the development,

management, and configuration of the systems infrastructure that powers the network.

You'll build the systems that enable automated provisioning of internet services such as connectivity,

financial (web2 & web3) offerings and educational/entertainment content for consumers and

businesses.

What You'll Do

- Lead full-stack development across backend services, data models, and frontend

interfaces, building the core systems behind Share’s next-generation internet platform.

- Define the technical roadmap and drive execution to deliver a scalable, secure

architecture spanning telecom infrastructure, on-chain services, and AI-driven

automation.

- Architect and implement high-performance, highly integratable backend services

powering billing, subscriptions, on-chain settlement, and telecom-grade reliability.

- Integrate and optimize large-scale B2B platform databases (SQL + NoSQL) to enable

low-latency analytics, multi-tenant scalability, and real-time network intelligence.

- Design and maintain robust data pipelines and models supporting real-time monitoring,

automated bandwidth pricing, and dynamic compensation mechanisms across the

ecosystem.

Must Have

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

- Expert-level proficiency with React (preferred), with strong knowledge of Vue or Angular;

skilled in building responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces for web and mobile

applications.

- Advanced hands-on experience with Node.js and Python, including designing APIs,

microservices, and event-driven architectures.

- Proven track record designing and managing SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL

(MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis) systems at scale, including replication, sharding, and

high-availability setups.

- Experience architecting banking, subscription, billing, and payment platforms (integration

with PSPs, invoicing engines, multi-currency support).

- Working knowledge of data security, access controls, encryption, and regulatory

requirements relevant to fintech/telecom integrations.

Nice to Have

- Ability to develop and integrate web3 smart contract, wallet, and token-based systems

that power network incentives, decentralized identity, and transparent billing.

- Experience working with telecommunications OSS/BSS systems , including billing,

provisioning, mediation, rating, and network operations workflows in carrier-grade

environments.
