Project Manager / Event Executive MICE | Barcelona

Desde Tuset Eventos, agencia de eventos y team building fundada en 2008, buscamos un/a organizador/a de eventos, residente en Barcelona o alrededores próximos, para que se incorpore a nuestro equipo, joven y dinámico.

Funciones principales :

- Recepción y análisis de briefings internacionales: entender las necesidades del cliente (objetivos del evento, perfil del grupo, presupuesto, nivel cultural, expectativas de calidad).
- Diseño de propuestas a medida: elaborar itinerarios y experiencias que incluyan hoteles, transfers, vuelos internos, tours, actividades y restaurantes, con storytelling y valor añadido.
- Negociación con proveedores locales: hoteles, restaurantes, transporte, guías, venues, asegurando tarifas competitivas y servicios fiables.
- Coordinación de operaciones: asegurar que lo diseñado se puede ejecutar, revisar logística y disponibilidad real.
- Comunicación con el cliente en inglés (y a veces francés o alemán): presentación de propuestas bien estructuradas y atractivas.
- Control presupuestario: preparación de cotizaciones detalladas, márgenes y facturación.
- Gestión integral del evento: desde la propuesta hasta la ejecución en destino, en colaboración con el equipo operativo.

Habilidades y requisitos:

- Idiomas: inglés fluido imprescindible (oral y escrito); muy valorado francés o alemán.
- Experiencia previa en DMCs, agencias MICE, o touroperadores receptivos.
- Capacidad de redacción y diseño de propuestas: claridad, creatividad y enfoque comercial.
- Conocimiento profundo de España: destinos, venues, cultura local, proveedores fiables.
- Habilidades comerciales: detectar oportunidades, aportar valor, cerrar ventas.
- Gestión de proyectos y multitarea: coordinar varios grupos a la vez.
- Soft skills: atención al detalle, proactividad, creatividad, orientación al cliente internacional.

¿Qué necesitamos?

- IMPRESCINDIBLE formación específica en organización de eventos.

- IMPRESCINDIBLE experiencia acreditable mínima de 3 años en agencias.

- IMPRESCINDIBLE inglés avanzado. Bilingüe.

- Que vivas en Barcelona o alrededores.

- Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
