🚀 Looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager in CORPORATE EVENTS to 🎭 to join our Super SmartWorks Team office in Malaga.
The candidate will lead the strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of events. This role encompasses a wide range of events, from intimate corporate meetings to large-scale international conferences, ensuring each is executed with precision, creativity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
We need someone to be in charge of:
- ✅ Talent & Manpower Coordinator to oversee the manpower aspect of event production. This role includes identifying and selecting suitable profiles (e.g., hostesses, models, event helpers, and other personnel) to ensure seamless event execution. Coordinate staffing schedules, assignments, and on-site briefing, ensuring adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- ✅ Oversee all phases of event planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and post-event evaluation. Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements.
- ✅ Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- ✅ Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external providers, suppliers, and partners. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- ✅ Lead on-site operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown. Provide real-time problem-solving and decision-making to address any challenges that arise during events.
- ✅ Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle. Prepare and present post-event reports, including performance metrics and recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
- ✅ Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as Event Manager, preferably within a corporate or agency environment, having previously managed manpower within event production.
- ✅ Contribute to team success by supporting collective objectives.
- ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- ✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- ✅ Fluent in English; Proficiency in Spanish.
