Artificial Intelligence Ops

We are looking for a strong Technical Lead to drive AIOps and modern cloud infrastructure initiatives. This role is ideal for either a hands-on AIOps leader capable of running an engineering team or a deeply experienced infrastructure engineer with strong Kubernetes expertise and a solid understanding of developer experience (DX).
You will architect, build, and scale cloud-native platforms with a strong emphasis on automation, observability, and open standards, while partnering closely with engineering, product, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & AIOps
- Lead or significantly contribute to an AIOps engineering team, driving automation, intelligence, and operational excellence
- Define and implement AIOps strategies across monitoring, alerting, incident intelligence, and remediation
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tooling, including cloud-native and vendor-agnostic solutions
Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering
- Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS , with exposure to Azure where required
- Architect and manage Kubernetes (k8s) -based platforms for high availability, performance, and reliability
- Promote infrastructure best practices including reliability, security, scalability, and cost optimization
Developer Experience (DX) & Platform Enablement
- Improve developer experience through standardized platforms, tooling, and automation
- Support CI/CD, environment consistency, and self-service infrastructure patterns
- Collaborate with application and platform teams to reduce operational friction
Engineering & Architecture
- Develop and review code primarily in Python , with exposure to React where needed for tooling or dashboards
- Work with data systems and metrics platforms; familiarity with analytical databases such as ClickHouse is a plus
- Advocate for open standards, cloud-native patterns, and vendor-agnostic architectures
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering
- Deep experience with Kubernetes (k8s) in production environments
- Hands-on experience with AWS ; working knowledge of Azure or multi-cloud strategies is a plus
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers, either formally or technically
- Proficient in Python ; familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React is beneficial
- Solid understanding of AIOps, observability, monitoring, and automation concepts
