About The Role
As Barman at El Jardín del Ritz, you will craft exceptional cocktails, oversee bar mise-en-place and deliver warm, attentive service that enhances guest experiences. You will collaborate closely with the Outlet Manager, Sommelier and F&B team to maintain high standards, support events and drive commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines and beverages to MOHG standards, ensuring consistency, presentation and timing.
- Maintain full knowledge of the beverage menu, seasonal cocktails and signature serves; suggest pairings and upsell where appropriate.
- Ensure bar mise-en-place is service-ready: stock, garnishes, glassware and equipment; manage rotation and stock control.
- Deliver personalised, attentive guest servicegreet guests, take orders, make recommendations and anticipate needs.
- Support events and private functions with efficient bar setup, service and breakdown.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards behind the bar; comply with HACCP and Safe & Sound procedures.
- Report equipment faults, assist with inventory and collaborate with Purchasing/Stores for replenishment.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and luxury F&B service standards.
- Highly responsible, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous and solution-focused under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with multicultural teams.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a high-end bar or luxury hotel environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience with POS systems and basic stock control.
