Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related fields 2-3 years of experience as IT engineer
Knowledge of using, installing and troubleshooting PC, Server, Network
Including Firewall, VM-ware, Cisco, Windows Server, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
Process good skills in providing Technical Support to end user, problem solving, quick to react. Familiar with administration of large enterprise environments.
Strong service minded and good understanding of customer requirements.
Loyal, Flexible, Respect, WIN-WIN attitude, Team-worker, Analysis skills
