PROCESS AND DIGITALIZATION BUSINESS PARTNER

The Role:

We are looking for a Process and Digitalization Business Partner with a hands-on approach to act as a strategic enabler for driving process optimization and digital transformation. This role will involve leading digitalization projects, coordinating with external providers and internal teams, and analyzing and redefining processes to align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as a trusted advisor and partner to stakeholders across the organization to identify and address process improvement opportunities.
2. Lead and manage end-to-end digitalization projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, using tools such as DocuWare, CRM, ERP, Microsoft, etc.
3. Coordinate external providers and internal teams, particularly collaborating with the IT department to implement solutions effectively.
4. Analyze and map current processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future processes (TO-BE).
5. Propose, define, and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency.
6. Perform basic technical configurations of implemented digital tools when needed.
7. Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and tools.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in process improvement, project management, and digitalization initiatives for at least 3 years.
3. Familiarity with business process analysis and mapping tools.
4. Basic technical knowledge for configuring and troubleshooting digital tools.
5. Fluent in Spanish and English.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
8. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
9. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
