Technical Writer

My client who are a Global Investment Firm are looking for a Technical Writer/Data Documentation Specialist to join them on a contract basis for an initial 12 months (the project will most likely be 2-3 years)
The ideal candidate will help with enhancing our Data Platform documentation and building-up our Data Dictionary in Atlan and be the Gatekeeper on the team on guaranteeing that Atlan is updated at all points in time.
Location: Madrid (in the office 3 days a week)
Responsibilities
- Be able to read technical documentation of systems (APIs / Database models, etc…)
- Having the necessary communication skills and can-do attitude to reach out to Business Stakeholders and System Providers in search for knowledge and definitions.
- Have previous experience on building up Data Dictionaries, Business Glossaries and Data Governance models.
- Experience working with Atlan is highly valued, if not with any other equivalent Data catalog tools.
Qualifications
- SQL and Python are very helpful
- Atlan or other Data Catalog tools.
