About the team & roleThe Provider Program Manager is empowered to drive strategic initiatives and delivery business transformation across the Provider Organization. He / she will be part of a very energetic and enthusiastic team leading innovative initiatives meant to exponentially transform the provider experience and internal operations. The Provider Program Manager is positioned to work hand in hand with a variety of teams and functions, spanning technology, finance, data and analytics operations etc. which offers he / she a unique perspective on business priorities, speed of execution new opportunities as well as challenges to overcome. The role reports into the Head of Strategy and Transformation within the Provider Organization and will work closely with the Network Managers. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, governance, business case and resource requirements.**Skills and Competencies Required**Project Management Expertise: 7 years + proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects using established methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Operational expertise: Experience or exposure in following functions: Claims, Pre-authorization, Network, Reconciliation, Strategy, Finance, Change management Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, connect dots across the organization, and translate strategy into actionable plans. Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision making. Ability to evaluate and analyze information from a variety of sourcesCommunication and Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly Change Management: Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and guiding teams through transitions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master or equivalent preferred); Ability to speak and write in languages other than English is preferred/but not requiredRedesign the Provider Segmentation Program for Cigna International Healthcare in line with latest trends related to accessibility, affordability and quality of care. The program is unique amongst international competitors and looks to support improved customer experience and relationships with providers by focusing on quality assessment against recognized standards of care.
