We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HRBP/HR Generalist to support our growing operations in Spain. This role will serve as a critical link between our Spanish team, the European HQ in Munich, and our global HQ in China. This position will handle local HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment, while providing essential administrative and generalist support to our Pan-European HR team. This position requires a mix of local expertise and cross-cultural competency to bridge our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across Europe
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects our company values.

HR Administration & Operations

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Spanish labor laws.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Administer benefits, leave policies, and HR-related queries.

General HR Support

- Support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in implementing global HR programs and policies at the local level.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements across the region.

Cross-Cultural Liaison

- Facilitate smooth communication and understanding between European operations and Global HQ (China).
- Support the integration of Chinese corporate culture within European context.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist or a similar role.
- Business-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and English (both spoken and written).
- Experience in the energy, technology, or renewable energies sector preferred.
- Solid understanding of Spanish labor law, employment regulations, and social security systems.
- Proven experience with recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed international team.
