We are looking for a visionary Head of Finance Transformation to join our HQ in Barcelona. You will be the architect behind a scalable, automated, and efficient finance function. Role Summary In this role, you will bridge the gap between Process and Technology. You will not only build the "engine room" (our tech stack) but also design the "blueprint" (our end-to-end workflows). Moving beyond traditional administration, you will lead the shift to "touchless" operations, ensuring our processes are streamlined globally and our technology stack is robust, integrated, and future-proof. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Architecture (The Tech Stack) - Own the Tech Stack: Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of our core financial ecosystem, specifically iPaaS, Odoo (ERP), Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and future FP&A/Planning tools. - Master Data & Integration: Architect a seamless flow of data between Finance and the rest of the business (CRM, HRIS, Operations). Ensure a "Single Source of Truth" by managing APIs and data governance standards. - Scalability Roadmap: Design systems that can handle 10x transaction volume growth. Move us away from "patchwork" fixes toward a unified, global platform standard. - Tech Alignment: Collaborate with the Impress Tech function to align and scale internal proprietary tools with finance requirements. 2. Automation & Innovation - Drive "Touchless" Finance: Identify and execute opportunities to automate high-volume transaction processing (e.g., AP invoice ingestion, bank reconciliation) using native ERP features, RPA, or AI-driven tools. - Data & BI Leadership: Partner with Data teams to unlock real-time financial reporting. Ensure the ERP structure supports granular analysis (profitability by customer, region, product) without manual manipulation. - Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of the curve on fintech trends (e.g., real-time payments, AI forecasting) and pilot technologies that give us a competitive edge. 3. Execution & Governance - Project Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of transformation projects—from process mapping and requirements gathering to UAT and Go-Live—ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. - Change Management: Lead the "people side" of transformation. Ensure new processes and systems are adopted by the teams through effective training, documentation, and communication. - Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between Finance, Operations, and Engineering. Manage external integrators and software vendors. - System Integrity: Oversee user access management (UAM), security protocols, and compliance to ensure zero downtime and audit readiness. What We Are Looking For - Experience: 8+ years in Finance Transformation, Systems Implementation, or Process Improvement, with at least 6 years in a leadership role. - The Hybrid Skillset: You have a unique mix of Technical expertise (ERP architecture, APIs) AND Functional expertise (deep understanding of Accounting, O2C, P2P, R2R flows). - ERP Mastery: Deep technical and functional knowledge of modern, cloud-native ERPs (Odoo experience is a strong plus). - Tech-First Mindset: You understand data structures, SQL, and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker). - Scale-Up DNA: You have built or scaled financial operations in a high-growth, international environment. You prioritize speed without sacrificing stability. - Language: Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
