Buscamos aumentar nuestros equipos con un/a Senior ML Engineer para liderar uno de nuestros proyectos en el ciclo completo de modelos en GCP: desde los datos hasta la puesta en producción, siguiendo buenas prácticas de MLOps, seguridad y cumplimiento.

Serás responsable de diseñar y operar pipelines de ML end-to-end en Google Cloud, utilizando Vertex AI como eje central, automatizando entrenamientos, despliegues y monitorización, y garantizando la trazabilidad y la calidad de los datos y los modelos.

Lo que harás

- Definir arquitecturas y pipelines en GCP con BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub y Feature Store.
- Entrenar, registrar y desplegar modelos en Vertex AI (Endpoints y Batch Prediction).
- Exponer modelos como APIs escalables; cuando sea necesario, empaquetar lógica en Cloud Run detrás de API Gateway.
- Construir CI/CD con Cloud Build / Jenkins / GitLab CI y despliegue con Terraform/Ansible.
- Versionar datasets, código y modelos; gestionar promociones entre entornos (staging → producción).
- Monitorizar rendimiento, drift, costes y linaje; asegurar cumplimiento GDPR y alineación con el EU AI Act.
- Crear datasets optimizados en BigQuery y features reutilizables en Feature Store.

Lo que buscamos

Imprescindible:

- +3 años de experiencia en Data/ML Engineering con modelos en producción.
- Dominio de GCP: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI (Workbench, Pipelines, Model Registry, Endpoints/Batch), Feature Store.
- Experiencia en MLOps: CI/CD, Docker, testing, IaC (Terraform/Ansible).
- Conocimiento sólido en seguridad cloud (IAM, secretos, VPC) y gobierno del dato.
- Python y SQL con buenas prácticas de código.
