At SOTEC Consulting, we are offering an exciting UGC Content Creator Internship opportunity for one of our international clients based in Madrid.

Our client is a global digital platform company, managing multi-channel, multi-monetization products and services for millions of users worldwide. Their mission is to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences through innovative mobile apps, games, and online services.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, user-generated content (UGC), and social media campaigns. You will collaborate with the Influencer and User Acquisition teams, supporting the development, execution, and optimization of influencer and UGC strategies that engage audiences and drive growth.

What You’ll Do 🚀

1. Campaign Management & Coordination

- Support the planning and execution of influencer and UGC campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and influencer platforms (e.g., Upfluence, Later Influence).
- Manage briefs, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring alignment with marketing goals and budgets.

2. Influencer Relations & Content Production

- Identify and recruit influencers across various tiers (nano to mega).
- Guide creators on content direction and publishing schedules.
- Review and approve UGC to ensure consistency with brand voice and compliance standards.
- Assist in managing social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, CPI, CPA).
- Support reporting and data tracking using MMPs (e.g., Singular, Adjust).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

4. Budget, Contracts & Market Research

- Assist with budget tracking, cost negotiation, and influencer payments.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance on contracts and content rights.
- Research emerging social media trends, creators, and competitor strategies.

Requirements 🎯

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and influencer culture.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English or Spanish (both are a plus).

Preferred Skills

- Experience or strong interest in influencer marketing or UGC campaign management.
- Understanding of key performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR).
- Familiarity with influencer platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Singular, Adjust).
- Knowledge of mobile app marketing, creative testing, or digital performance analysis.
- Basic experience with creative briefing or video editing.
- Familiarity with Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads integrations.
- Additional languages such as Spanish or French are an advantage.

- 6-month internship with possibility of later full-time incorporation.
- Full-time schedule: Mon-Thu 9:00–18:30, Fri 9:00–15:00. Summer schedule: 8:00–15:00.
- €500 gross/month compensation.
