Our global teams are a mosaic of cultures, ethnicities, genders, ages, abilities, and identities.Consider your next career step as an F&B Manager at our 4-star Hotel Alua Golf Trinidad in Roquetas de Mar (Almería).You will work directly with the General Manager to implement and maintain established service quality and customer care standards, achieve objectives, and ensure guest satisfaction.Your main responsibilities will be:Supervise and coordinate the dining room team and the various hotel outlets, organizing shifts and daily tasks.Ensure the highest quality of service and customer care.Work closely with the kitchen and management to optimize processes.Train, motivate, and evaluate the team.Handle orders, stock checks, and corresponding HACCP controls.Manage the department and its staff to coordinate service and customer attention.Oversee the hotel buffet, ensuring excellent customer service, quality, and optimal presentation.What do we expect from you?Experience in Bars & Restaurants within 4-star hotels, in similar positions.Proven experience in cost management.Experience managing teams of more than 15 people.Knowledge of different board types (Half Board, All Inclusive).Strong focus on extra sales and upselling.High level of English.Availability to start in February 2026.Knowledge of the vacation market is mandatory.Able to reside in Almeria, Spain.What you will love about usContinuous learning and development opportunities to provide you with a clear career path as well as job promotion opportunities across Hyatt Hotels worldwide.Accommodation: Hotel room providedPermanent seasonal contract from February to November
