- Advising and supporting customers in application-related matters, collaborating closely with their development departments
- Expanding the business and acquiring new customers
- Sales and profit responsibility for your customers, including key accounts
- Strengthening relationships with existing customers
- Conducting market research, identifying trends, and implementing strategies
- Inspiring customers with out-of-the-box thinking

What We Expect

- Degree in an apprenticeship or studies related to lubricants
- First experience in sales within the lubricants sector, especially raw materials and additives
- Willingness to travel, flexibility, and a Class B driver's license
- Experience in customer consultation to identify needs and trends
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Structured, independent working style
- Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and team spirit
